Is acSys only a sales CRM?
No. acSys is positioned as an enterprise digital operations platform. Its current centre of gravity is internal operations: workflow, HR and employee self-service, attendance, effort, ticketing, projects, documents, administration, and reporting. Conventional sales pipeline functions should be confirmed as optional or roadmap scope.
Which capabilities are verified in the current product?
The assessed baseline includes the daily attendance dashboard, present and absent monitoring, leave-return and missing-effort exceptions, document expiry visibility, export and maximize controls, user and group management, application access, workflow transition setup, employee master, leave request, effort entry, and Ticket Manager.
Can acSys be configured for different departments?
Yes. The platform is designed around company, user, group, workflow, request type, project, employee, and application context. Final configuration depends on the approved process, permissions, data model, and licensed scope.
Does acSys support cloud and on-premises deployment?
Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment are target options. Actual availability, architecture, data residency, backup, security, and support commitments must be confirmed in the proposal and solution design.
Can acSys integrate with ERP, biometric, WhatsApp, BIM, or project tools?
These are integration opportunities rather than universal out-of-the-box guarantees. Each connection requires discovery, interface mapping, security design, error handling, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria.
How is implementation approached?
A typical engagement covers process discovery, workflow and requirement mapping, configuration and master data, migration and integration planning, training and controlled go-live, followed by performance review and continuous enhancement.
Which industries are a strong fit?
acSys is suited to construction and infrastructure, MEP contracting, facility management, property operations, utilities and government, IT services and support, professional services, and other multi-team or multi-project organizations.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on selected modules, users, implementation effort, integrations, data migration, deployment model, support needs, and agreed service scope. acSys provides a customized enterprise proposal after discovery.
